Never get through on phone until after 2pm early morning not a chance

45 minutes delay to be seen after the appointment time. Every time when going to GP, for serious health issues, getting just some basic medical help, nothing serious or a deep health investigation. It is frustrating!

Not only your GP, every GP must bring doctors and very qualified people. A simple nurse can help with basic medical needs.

I have had wonderful care from everyone at Queens view Medical Centre. Doctor taking immediate steps for referral to hospital, and following up my progress. Receptionists so helpful at booking blood tests, and always have a smile when I attend there. My thanks to everyone at Queenview for all their help to me.
