If you call the reception at 8.00 am and you are number 10 in the queue, there is no hope of getting an appointment. Phone appoitments are of very poor quality.

would advise doctors to be tolerant of patients. There are times when 10 minutes is too short a time to tell what worries me about my health. I would also recommend paying more attention to children's visits, high temperature and vomiting do not always mean a stomach virus or a cold, for which the use of paracetamol is sufficient.

I try not to call unless I really need help, on the occasions I’ve called the receptionists are very caring and polite and have always tried to help me out.

Blood test wait times are really long. More availability to speak to doctor regarding pms/ perimenopause would be better. I called and was only about to speak over the phone as doctor only available that morning
