GP seemed knowledgeable and was assured.
Receptionist was excellent and we couldn't have wanted anything more.

When booking for a blood test,there should a message on the bottom of the surgery's text.Just to remind you to take plenty of water before coming to the surgery. There is no point in having a poster in the surgery, when your already there.

My issue needs weekly may be more dressings nurse is amazing as most of my contact is with sally very caring keeps me updated with what shes going to do .. dont have much to do with receptionists but there if needed .

Can be difficult to get through on the phone and unable to book appointments on line

Usual story. Ring at 8.00am to wait for 20/30 minutes and by that time, all the appointments are gone.
Suggested improvements
Improve the surgery response to suit the patient/ service user, not the doctor or staff.
I understand the staff shortages and possibly some difficulties around recruitment and finances.
