I’m not sure who will read this but at present the hoops required to jump through and the lack of integration and follow up is frustrating. I have had several appointments with staff culminating with a phone consultation with the in-house physio. He agreed that physio probably wasn’t the right option and that a referral to a consultant would be the next step …. and after 2 weeks still waiting for any response from the surgery. The reliance on Apps and phone calls is frustrating and even impacts on repeat prescriptions which annoyingly vanish into the ether! So I wait - maybe I’ll get the call, already tried and all that happened was I got cut off whilst waiting!

I rang to get an appointment, was told to to use Doctor Link. The lady on the phone explained how to use it and how to sign up and that I would be seen if needed. Four hours later I was in to see the GP and was actually seen ahead of schedule! Really impressed.

Phones hardly ever get answered, if they do, you cannot get an appointment with a doctor, you are offered an appointment with the practice nurse.
Whrn you ask why not a doctor, the answer is " the practice nurse is a few levels lower than a doctor !!!!
I have now been trying for 2 weeks to get an appointment.
Since covud, the surgery has gone from bad to worse

Always sent to doctorlink and told no matter whatvtou be seen , 2 doctorlink ignored
