Had to plead for an appointment. At first told no appointment available .advised to go to hospital a&e to have stitches removed from my face. Had to email hospital letter before given appointment for 4 days later. Not great.

My appt with Laurie for review of HRT and moles on my back was very helpful. I feel relieved that Laurie spent the time with me and gave me the all clear for my moles, and know that we will be keeping an eye on these together going forwards. Had done my research on HRT and Laurie was happy to go along with changing my medication with some input on the dose and blood pressure. I thought the appt was very thorough. Reception were great as they managed to book me a double appt, I only have 4 stars though as they forgot to tell me when I changed my appt that it was no longer at Beversbrook but at Patford House instead, luckily not a big problem except the rushing around may have unnecessarily increased my BP!

An absolute nightmare to get an appointment. The Dr link process is horrendous l. Once I did get an appointment (telephone) the Dr was great. There really does need to be an overhaul on the appointment booking process though, it’s long winded and stressful.

On the hole not bad ? Don’t need to be asked all the questions by the receptionist

I was asked to fill out doctor link, which i did. It suggested i needed an appointment within 3 days, was sent an appointment for a phone call between 9am-2pm. A doctor phoned me at 8.30am, unfortunately i was doing the school run so couldn't answer at the time. I called the surgery back and explained and even they commented that it wasnt during the time given so would get a doctor to call me back, but the call never came and still waiting for this.

If you give an appointment time frame, use it! I understand doctors are busy but us patients also do work and re arranged half a day of work to accommodate the appointment for it to not happen!
