I have had nothing but good service from this surgery. I have especially found Mel Hayward. very helpful whenever I’ve spoken with her.

I felt the need to write a review because locally, a select few seem to give poor reviews of the surgery based of of their own unreasonable wants. Recently needing to come to the surgery I had absolutely no problem getting an appointment and was offered two times that I could make work. I spoke with Mel who was very reassuring and helped get my appointment sorted.

Despite the difficulty that health care facilities are experiencing lately I was very lucky to have first class support in a recent bout of ill health. The receptionists were extremely helpful. Mel especially was always quick to respond and accommodate appointments to suit me. Thanks!

Only thing I can think of is filling in online form for appointment. On date of birth you have to press the button what seems like a million times to get to correct year.

Asked Melanie, via airmid, for a non urgent nurse appointment, as usual she replied in less than a day and booked appointment for 10 days time on the date I requested.
