They now have an appointment team who do not appear as a contact in the messages app. So yo have to send a message to either your doctor or to a receptionist. Very awkward and causes delays.

The appointment was made during another appointment, which was fine for me, but I can’t comment on getting an appointment y other means.

I have to have a blood test every 28 days for my chemo. For almost 18 months this has been possible, for the last 4 months it has been impossible. I have to wait 2 weeks before trying to get an appointment which by then is suddenly fully booked requiring me to go to GWH Swindon. As a cancer sufferer I don’t need this extra aggravation.
