I have to attend for regular issues and checks after my major stroke last Sep and my treatment and aftercare by the surgery has been excellent. I'm able to get appointments most of the time at a time and date to suit me.

Suggested improvements
Occasionally you have to wait a while for phone to answer but if in a queue, I request call back which works well. Sometimes waiting for clinical staff to call you back can take a while but usually this is very good too.

Nurse Ella is the only nurse who was able to take my bloods quickly & painlessly! I'll be requesting her again!

Suggested improvements
Make it clear that it was my responsibility to arrange an appointment with the nurse for blood tests. I was expecting a text to confirm the appointment.

We always have to wait for a ring back which at times is less than convenient.

Suggested improvements
I was booked in for ECG and blood test but the ECG machine was out of operation. This is now the second time this happened.
