They now have an appointment team who do not appear as a contact in the messages app. So yo have to send a message to either your doctor or to a receptionist. Very awkward and causes delays.
Suggested improvements
There are no chairs with arms in the reception area at Beversbrook making getting up from a chair very difficult if you are disabled.
