It took 3 days to. Get an appointment following completion of Dr Link, which in its self is a complete wast of time, then a consultation with a nurse who say you need to see a doctor today. After 3 calls from me where I was promised someone would call me, never happened. Day 3 finally got my appointment. Dr called me in said he had read my notes from consultation checked Bp and chest l, prescribed antibiotics, I was in and out with in 3 minutes, wasn't even asked or given the opportunity to say how I was feeling.

Suggested improvements
Return calls when you say you will. Get rid of Dr link Think about the patient Streamline the process wast of time going through Dr link and a nurse before seeing a dr, wast of you resources
