I went on a Saturday so there was no receptionist. There was no sanitiser in the dispensers next to the big sign that says use it! I make use of the online system to request appointments. Living near Sutton Benger I find it frustrating to be called to the Calne site. The nurse was friendly and thorough - there was no pressure put actions going forward, just information and an invitation to follow up if required.
