I’m finding it frustrating to get an appointment for blood tests as a cancer patient. I was told I was sent a link to book an appointment instead I’ve been sent a questionnaire, Then when I used an old link there were only appointments for 3-4 week time. My treatment is time sensitive linked to treatment I need blood tests every two weeks at the moment. Now I’ll have to find time to sit on the phone to reception staff

Suggested improvements
It seems crazy you can’t book an appointment when you’re physically at the surgery
