unhelpful reception. Called and message was use sys online. did that and I asked if I needed an appointment with doc or hospital and explained the issue and the Surgery I recently had. I didn't get an answer but instead given a link to follow. my advice is don't ask them anything. tell them you need an appointment and let the doctor decide if you need hospital or not. I thought I was calling someone who could advise, they cannot and I was dismissed. Not helpful. I dread making contact with them hope I don't need to again any time soon.

Suggested improvements
Make me an appointment and not brush me off so I lose a day where I could have joined the long queue.
