I would like to take this opportunity to thank Receptionist Rebecca-Rose Lewis. Over the duration of the past few weeks, there has been a number of issues involving my prescription which have been challenging to resolve due to the fact I work full time so, cannot simply pop to the surgery to sort it. I have contacted the surgery on numerous occasions via telephone and Rebecca has exceeded my expectations of outstanding customer care. She has gone above and beyond to help me resolve the issues - with nothing I have requested, being too much trouble for her. I believe it is important to recognise when people have made what could have been a stressful situation far easier to cope with. So, thank you Rebecca-Rose. You are an asset to Patford House Partnership.
