Everybody you talk to say you can’t just pick up the phone and ring a surgery for an appointment now days post covid!,although booking an on-line appointment is reasonably easy it’s the change people do t like,my mother doesn’t have a mobile phone,internet connect,or any other devices,luckily enough my wife does the booking in for her,life I suppose!.

Suggested improvements
My visit/appointment was fine all good.
