I've tried ringing where I have been on hold for over 20mins before finally speaking. I've been trying to get a new prescription for antibiotics as the pharmacy no longer depends the one prescribed to me and I have been on a roundabout system where I have to talk to a Dr or nurse again to get a new prescription but cannot make a an appointment or phone appointment through the system or with the receptionist. This is not acceptable and putting me at a greater risk of getting more unwell due to lack of care and attention for appointment booking either speaking to or trying to use website.

Suggested improvements
Need to improve time for patients waiting on the phone and fix the bugs with the website as there has been multiple issues with it

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear of the frustrations you have faced recently. We can confirm we have a new and more effective phone systems going in for hopefully the end of the month. The lack of antibiotics have indeed been a difficultly locally and nationally which we hope is resolving.
