I had been having issues with feeding my baby daughter - now been diagnosed with a milk allergy. I spoke to Franchesca a couple of times over this period, the first time to chase a milk prescription (I had been given a low amount to trial so was in need of an emergency prescription) and when the doctor accidentally prescribed the wrong amount so I couldn’t collect from the pharmacy. Both times Franchesca was extremely polite, and reassured me (I was a little panicked) I would be able to feed me baby. She ensured my problem was resolved promptly, notifying me via text. She was very professional, which with a young baby is important! This is my second child and I’ve often found that you can be judged as being a ‘nervous’ parent. Franchesca also ensured that I felt comfortable contacting the surgery again if I had any more concerns around the milk prescription. She is a credit to your receptionist team!

Suggested improvements
I have had problems in the past with booking appointments, but the new system is helping and I’ve not currently had any issues since.
