Stefi took the initiative to organise an appointment for us with Dr Church to discuss DNAR. Dr Church is fab! He was empathetic, kind and pragmatic. I also really like that Stefi has organised a care plan for my partner, so we have a straightforward and simple document that carers and medical professionals can use if we have an emergency situation.
