Share review of Patford House Surgery Partnership
It took two months between needing a routine medication review and actually speaking to a nurse practioner on the phone to do the brief review. I sent an online message after a month and was assured by a doctor that an appointment would be sent to me when one was available. This did not happen so I called again, feeling I was being a nuisance. Repeat medication was not available during this time.
The appointment with the nurse practioner was very positive and helpful. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and particularly understanding and positive when we discussed HRT.
