Massive thanks to Mel Hayward who has on more than one occasion been of immediate and positive help. I dislike using the phone so I try and communicate via the systemonline website before I make a visit. In the past it has not always been the best method as messages can go unread for months. Now I know to send to Mel Hayward, they are read very swiftly and acted on if needed, and I get a message back via text and the website to let me know. Knowing my issues are being considered is really important and go a long way to alleviating my anxiety.

Suggested improvements
More attention could be paid to messages sent via the website.
