After being in discomfort for 3 weeks, I attended the surgery to book an appointment. I was told nothing was available for a month and to use the wonderfully effective Doctor Link. After jumping through many questions which were totally irrelevant to my situation, I received an email to say I had a suspected chest infection (pneumonia) and ear infection and should be seen within 24 hrs. Quick as a flash, 5 days later and still not having any communication from the practice, I once again went to the medical centre where I was told "Sorry, no one's picked up your case"...Brilliant! I was then told I would have an appointment the next day. Yaaay! No! It was the day after. Eventually after getting an appointment, I spent less than 5 minutes with a Dr who told me to pinch my nose and blow. Alexander Flemming wasted his time!
