The staff were friendly
Appointment system is not patient friendly. Ringing on the day is not always appropriate for people that work. Even telephone consultations are gone by 9am!!
Go back to the former appointment booking system
Ring patients when repeat prescriptions cannot be fulfilled
Staff should recognise the harm when there is not continuity, when medication is not taken regularly
Note some people cannot ring at 8am (eg carers). Therefore there should be flexibility when they ring

Karen Sue Joan Mc are particularly helpful and the most polite receptionists and without a doubt are so professional which means so much when one needs to make appointment and enquiries. The most improvement would be for the telephone lines to be answered.
