This practice is shockingly poor; to the extent that it should no longer be open for service users in its current state. There are masses of reviews and feedback which indicate issues with consumer service, policy and procedures, medical treatment, level of care and safeguarding. However, there seems to be a strong culture of denial, and gaslighting: 'sorry you feel this way' is a common phrase you can expect to hear. The Receptionist or Administration staff who arrange appointments and review your queries, are consistently unskilled and mismanaged. I have been a patient with this surgery for years, and I am surprised on the odd occasion, when I am not spoken to in a rude, sarcastic, or condescending manner. Any feedback related to this, always receives the same response from their Google reviews too: this issue is ongoing and it is never properly reviewed. Further, you are playing hit and miss with your health care. Over the years, I have only encountered 2 GPs who were somewhat helpful in ensuring I received some care. I am not alone, in being misdiagnosed, receiving shockingly poor aftercare, and being left disheartened by our healthcare system. It is no wonder that A&E is accustomed to people who should be treated by their GPs in the first instance. This practice has deteriorated over the past few years, essentially being run into the ground. If you are a vulnerable person and require care, I urge you to please stay away of this surgery. I am no longer receiving any care from them, and I believe the whole experience to be disheartening and stressful. I do not believe anyone should have to receive this level of care.

Suggested improvements
- A formal review of your staff's performance, including capabilities. - A transformation of the culture - which is a framework for the shockingly poor service. - A strong review of policy and procedures: perhaps mirror successful surgeries and understand the needs or your service users - A diligent recruitment process for your GPs as well as performance reviews - Proper review of the feedback received, and review of how each case can lead to safeguarding or healthcare issues
