Having a doctor constantly clock watching is very unnerving when trying to discuss anything with them.
I have complex medical problems and rather than listening properly is constantly looking at his wrist watch really does not help me at all.
I require doctors to be patient with me as my memory can deteriorate quickly.

14, 15, 16 July 2015.
Brilliant care from Dr. Phelan and Dr Grist in person and by 'phone', ie first rate.
Also excellent service from Sarah (9/7/15) and Nicky (15/7/15) and all receptionists!
All in all as a resident of Sherborne, I feel extremely fortunate to have such an excellent GP practice.
My sincere thanks to all.
