The doctor I saw was very patient and took time to listen to me. She went through all options with me and explained it to me easily so that I understood it all clearly and she treated me like an individual and made me feel important.

Zoe, the nurse is always thorough, does a good job is to the point, listens to one and gives all information relevant that she's allowed to. As a result I know what's happening and can get on with my life to the best of my ability after.

Dr Lawes always listens and then works with what is said so the problem is sorted very quickly and I can get on with my life, not worry and pester the health service and be independent.
