- The time that is allocated for clients to phone regarding prescription is rather short 9-11 am. Its almost impossible to call you if you have part time and cannot use your phone during this time. - When phoning reception it takes a long time for them to answer the phone. In the past few months I have rung for at least four minutes before its answered. Thank you.
