Dr Foster is excellent on all counts - very helpful, understanding and fully involves one in making decisions The nurses also are wonderful - professional, helpful and friendly. A few of the receptionists are occasionally less than helpful or friendly - can be abrupt, sometimes patronising, and leave one waiting at the desk while they attend to other things. It seems that some training is needed regarding how important empathy is - even where receptionists have to tell a patient an appointment can't be made when they want it, conveying genuine empathy and understanding of the patience's viewpoint would be helpful. Other than that, this is a great surgery.
