I had an asthma yearly check which was satisfactory. I was given an inhaler prescription and advised they had run out but were getting further supplies today, and would deliver the second one this afternoon. I waited in all day but unfortunately the delivery didn't arrive. I did ask yesterday if it could be put through my letterbox and was told I had to be at home to receive it and it couldn't be left. I find this very disappointing seeing that it wasn't my fault they had run out, which I find difficult to understand knowing how important inhalers can be.
