Because in these challenging times if somewhere is doing a good job we should speak up. GP services generally get bad press and sometimes it appears deserved but they are not all the same. I love the fact that where a relationship has been formed with a particular doctor every effort is made to continue consultations so you get that old fashioned feeling of being understood by someone that knows the patient.

Some attention to the toilet by the nurses room maybe? A seat lift or booster as it’s very low for my mum to use. Also, she struggles with the light switch in there.

Difficult to get through on the phone, have to be on hold for a considerable time. Tells you where you are in the queue but can only be one person answering due to the time it takes to go down the queue

No comment all good seen early and quickly done.

Is not easy most times you have to call severally to be connected and for you to book an appointment.
