I love the service that if the calls are high in volume you have the choice to press one and you will receive a call back. What I also like was that after explaining my symptoms to the receptionist I was given an appointment to see the doctor.

To be honest I’m pretty satisfied with the care that I have been receiving. There was an incident where I did call at eight in the morning regarding a UTI infection apparently there was cross wires regarding communication between the pharmacy and surgery and I didn’t receive my medication until late evening. Unfortunately I had to call several times the pharmacy and then the surgery I did get to speak to the doctor who was very apologetic! I do understand that at times things do go wrong.

I wa well informed by the doctor as to what I need and he is sorting out things that I need

When doctors are running late it would be nice to inform the patients waiting

I was seen by Dr Sam Cullen who gave me a good examination and changed the medication l had been given during a previous visit the week before he took the time to explain what was happening and will arrange further investigation and what to do if my symptoms do not improve

My previous visit with Dr Matthew Buldock and a medical student was poor not only did they not examine me properly they referred my medication allowing my illness to worsen and result in a further visit and more medication
