Could not get an appointment but a telephone call was organised but this was a few days later. I wanted a face to face appointment but this was not available to me at the time. However, since then, I have had excellent care.

Organise the original phone call to be a lot sooner.

It can be a long wait getting through but, once connected, the service is excellent

The practice have made available the specislist time to see me, listen to my problem and advise me accordingly Reception staff were helpful and friendly too and even sorted out my log in problem Excellent service

I know that ringing to make an appointment is a lottery - 'appointments on the day' not always available so I waited for the Dr to arrange it. Same for follow up appointments.

Arranging a follow up appointment as agreed with the GP should be easier. Booking dates not open far enough ahead.

Having to ring at 8am for an appointment is ridiculous, often in a queue of 10 or more people so waiting time is so long.

Time keeping waited 55minutes in waiting room before being seen.
