I am new to this surgery, however, it appears to be very efficient. There were no long waits, And I entered the room for my appointment right on time. The nurse who administered the blood test and blood pressure test, was very polite, friendly, and professional.

Staff are always friendly and polite , they are extremely helpful and the nurses and doctor are lovely too and very efficient

Making an appointment can get a little confusing . I have only been at the surgery for 6 months and they have made my appointments so far but if I needed to make one then I'm not sure . Do you ring at 8 o'clock ? Is that for emergencies only , can you make advanced appointments?
