Had called for days been unsuccessful despite being online at 8 am callbacks didn’t happen until after 9 and all appointments gone this was begrudgingly booked after being told none again they found an appointment .

A system that tells people when all appointments are gone for day and signposts to other areas rather than waiting what is mostly upwards of 40 mins minimum on hold at most times of day to be told no appointments. Dr Fernando is over self confidence and doesn’t listen to the patient to actually understand his preconcieved ideas of what he thinks effected my appointment and resulted in me having medication provided that isn’t suitable for me right now and having to have further appointments with other doctor at surgery to get continuation of care and best outcome for myself

Dr Bundock was helpful he listened and actually considered my thoughts and feelings over my care so I was informed and involved.
