I was treated by a junior doctor then a lovely GP they were both very nice very helpful and looked after me. The young lady on reception was also nice and helpful thankyou

My visit today was with a student doctor (Nikki). She was understanding, she listened to what I had to say about my health. She also helped with discussing a plan of care/actions. I didn't feel rushed and I left the appointment feeling satisfied that nothing was left out in regard to my health issue.

I had a long wit to see the Gp as she was running behind. However, as I got a good quality of care when I was seen, the wait was worth it.

It is not easy to get appointments. There was long queue and I had to wait for 40 mins for my phone call to be answered. There is an option to choose call back but the call back from the surgery is a one ring miss call and gets disconnected before I pick up the call. My daughter 5yrs old had also caught similar infection and she vomited and I needed an appointment for her however, after a long wait of 1 5 hrs didn't get the same day appointment and was offered appointment after 7days or call back next day for same day appointment. Surgery has improved a lot but still needs to improve.

The GP should have involved me in the decision while deciding the treatment or atleast explain me the reason for choosing the treatment viz. While Prescribing a certain antibiotic. I had to ask questions. Few were answered and few were not.

Difficult to get through on the phone for appointments but very good service from all when attending surgery

Nothing I can think of regarding nurses I was seen by. All very good
