A bit of a wait on the phone

I understand the practice is busy but it would be nice if phone calls could be answered a little quicker. Besides that all very good.

On hold forever before you can speak to someone

Place more types of bookable appointments on line and for more weeks than just two as is currently

It took 1.5 hours to see a doctor. Arrogant receptionists. Disorganised establishment. No updates to the patient about the situation. Blame culture.

Don’t book patient appointments for a particular time if you are not able to see them for another hour. Eliminate the double standard, meaning, patients have 15min from the appointment time to arrive at the surgery otherwise their appointment slot is lost. Same principle (of max. 15min delay) should be applied to doctors but instead there’s no ownership and meaningless excuses given.

Yesterday all attendance was good, kind and the doctor was very good to me explaining and I asked questions and gave me the answer. We have good conversation
