Had appointment for blood test, still waiting after 45 mins.no info as to why. You could hear conversation of doctor in another room.

Checked what the delay was and given information. Played music to cover hearing conversation.

Not sure what this relates to

Whilst sat in upstairs waiting room I could hear clearly and completely both the doctor and patient in Doctor Le Maistre room. I wasn’t particularly confident in the nurse I saw.

Though you do have to wait on the phone to get through to receptionist. When I explained the reason for the call, I was given a doctors appointment that day. Saw Dr. Cullen. He was amazing, listened, and checked records to explore options for treatment. I felt reassured, hope that I would soon start to feel better. Booked for blood tests and follow up for results.

Quicker to answer calls or alternative system. Reduce the length of telephone greeting message.

I got an appointment fairly quickly and by luck as there was a cancellation .Dr Cullen is very knowledgeable and helpful ..

I'm not quite sure the system for getting an appointment is correct One has to ring at 8am and wait in a queue its not always possible to do that with work

The dr was fantastic, very thorough and knowledgeable. I felt listened to and happy with the treatment and follow up appointment offered to my son. However, when I rang for an appointment at 8am I was informed that there were no appointments left at the surgery and I was initially offered an appointment for 9pm at night at St Luke’s for my 4 year old son, who has been suffering from respiratory issues and wheezing. I do not think this is an appropriate appointment time for a young child, especially having to travel for 15+ minutes to get to a different surgery. When I said to the receptionist I couldn’t do that time and reiterated my son’s current condition I was told still no appointments. Again I reiterated and was put on hold. Less than a minute later I was offered an appointment at 4:15 at my normal surgery.

Not offer inappropriate appointments for young children.
