Overall it is ok the clinic but last year I was due for smear test as I am high risk and it was cancelled so many times that was impossible for me to get it done.

If the clinic was so busy I think they should have referred me to go somewhere else to do my smear test. Is not acceptable to be booking appointments for a year and having them cancelled everytime. There was a point that I even stopped trying because everytime was the same. Book it, being cancelled the day before, call to get a new appointment ( I was given most of the time an appointment for the next following month) and then having it cancelled again...

Sometime have difficulty in getting answered on the phone

Nothing, except try and find a way to get phone answered a bit sooner

There people behind the counter area working on computers or doing things that look like filing but only one dealing with patients when there 4 people checking in and no one answering phones Getting appointment depends on day and urgency of your case

Staff deal with front desk first
