It's becoming more and more difficult to get an appointment. I was in a phone queue this morning of over 30 people and this was at 8.15am. No appointments available. Sometimes the receptionist could be a bit more understanding and less dismissive.

Making a telephone appointment with my doctor is very difficult But I am able to make a appointment with the nurse online It's just a shame that I can't use the service for doctor appointments especially when it's not urgent

Being able to use the online service for making none urgent appointments with my doctor Or being able to leave a message for none urgent queries
