I have been trying to see a doctor regarding pains in my neck and back. Also the progression of arthritis especially in my right hand. I rang at 8am like we were told but got a continuous engaged tone, then the system was changed. Now I am held in a queue often a long one, only to be told no available appointments. How can there be 14-16 people ahead of me at 8.02am. Appointments with the Nurse or HSA is easy enough.

I have noticed your Practice is down to 4 Doctors now, any chance of you employing more ?

The receptionists are not helpful really do more talking to each other reluctant to help when asked for particular things ie sick note as I'm post op said to ask the nurse which was a health care assistant which can't fault her she was brilliant caring and understanding they say your busy which is always empty when I've been in don't understand why so hard to get an appointment I think would work better like it did before covid as since then you can't get in to see a doctor and that why I don't tend to call for appointments anymore

Train the reception with bit more understanding and see patients

Once you finally get through, there usually isn't an appointment available. It's the same 8am lottery, it never improves

Answer the phone between 11.55am and14.30 rather than leaving me stuck as 'caller number one' for ten or more minutes until I give up

I was able to call and be offered an appointment the next day which was perfect for me

Nothing apart from a hope it's always this easy to get an appointment

Had to call in 3 times to get my appointment and I felt like my life was in the line .
