The doctor I spoke to was extremely helpful. I can’t thank him enough. However, it was extremely difficult to get an appointment or even be taken seriously (when I was really struggling with my mental health) by the reception team

The appointments system needs improving massively. I had to be so persistent in order to get the help I needed. I can imagine some people just giving up which is a sad thought.

Called at 8.00am. I was number 13 in the queue so requested to keep my position in the queue and requested a call back. I waited 1 hour 25 minutes for my call to be returned.

Try to reduce the call back times.
