I booked my appointment online and had Claire the nurse she was super engaging and made me feel very comfortable, she was reassuring and by far the best nurse I’ve had within the surgery. More people could learn from her

The receptionist was quite rude over the phone and told me my issue wasn’t bad enough for an appointment. I called 111 who told me I needed to be seen within the next two hours which I eventually then got an appointment. However the lady on the phone made me feel as if I was waisting their time and was very abrupt. The doctor however was amazing! Dr Caldwell. She was very understanding and made me feel understood. She was so lovey and did an amazing job. It is just a shame that I may not have got the help I desperately needed due to the reception.

Reception could have been more willing to help. I understand that the sugary gets lots of calls, however could have been more understanding. If they had not given me an appointment I would have been in hospital now.
