I feel the only two of the problems I am having other symptoms which in my opinion seem serious were dismissed . I feel worse and feel there is something wrong other than a neck/shoulder injury. I was literally crying. I explained about tremors in my hands and legs, numbness in fingertips and incontinence worsening.

Taken all my symptoms seriously and have further investigations done..

I’m on my ASD pathway and sometimes find it hard to articulate what I want to say. Both the receptionist and my doctor gave me time to speak and made sure I was heard.

It's quite difficult to get an appointment as you are waiting on phone for a long time then they have all gone

The surgery staff are very helpful and informative, but the surgery is a bit tired looking.
