Confidentiality is very important and to have to raise your voice to give your name and date of birth because of the screens is not acceptable.

Remove the screens and remind staff on reception the meaning of confidentiality

Very difficult to get an appointment or to get through on the phone. All ok once there though. Clinician was excellent.

It would be great to be able to book appointments easier

My appointment was rescheduled twice but I was able to complete it the third time. Both cancellations were very short notice and inconvenient.

More consideration when cancelling appointments especially if it was already cancelled once.
