Receptionists were initially not very helpful. My required medication was available too late for it to be effective. I needed to contact the surgery to make a complaint to get the service I require. This is the first time I have been unhappy with care provided by this doctors surgery as usually they are brilliant. I believe inexperienced reception staff were the main cause of my problems receiving timely a prescription of required drug.

The reception staff member who dealt with my phone call and subsequent in-person visit to the surgery, should have been more understanding of the urgent nature for my need of this prescription before a bank holiday weekend.

I used the callback system Was given a phone call by a doctor Was told a.m. but it was nearly 3 pm Doctor was very helpful

All good, but took 15/20 minutes phone call to book appointment. Phoned up at 8.0 am sharp and was 26 and 28 in queue.

Be able to book appointments on first phone call, even if it is weeks away.
