I have only ever experienced great kindness, courtesy and helpfulness from all members of staff at this busy practice. The GP I saw recently really listened to me and he ensured that I received the best possible investigations and treatment regarding my problem.

I have no experience of other practices as I was registered here at birth in 1954. I was very ill last year and received prompt and efficient care. The aftercare was very good, too. I only gave 4 stars for making appointments as it can be difficult to get through on the phone, especially on Monday morning. Maybe an extra phone line would improve this.

It has taken five and a half week to get to see my GP. Have rang many times but by the time I get through all appointments have gone. Also have been given wrong information that the doctor I wanted to see had bookable appointment, turn up at 8.00 am only to be told no that this was wrong x2. You have training day, what a pity you do not train your receptionist.
