Always very thorough with any health problems. I have great confidence in the care and treatments have been registered here since I was born as was my mother and grandmother. Very pleased with a great service from all staff.

Waited 6 weeks for an appointment to see the doctor, who was treating me for an ongoing problem. To be notified that the doctor now could see me.(Has to see the stand in and repeat all of my ongoing illness again. Oh yes the original doctor was at the surgery.

Never feel rushed by the doctors or nurses.
Sometimes have to wait up to a month to get an appt with a particular doctor which is not good enough.
Even ringing up on the day sometimes takes a week before you can get an appointment.

Cant always get in for an appointment on the day even if get through at 8:30 am on phone.
