Appointments significantly improved, being able to see my family doctor on request if available also improved. Quality of care in relation to listening and explaining excellent. Improvements. It is wrong and unfair to have the receptionists give results. They are talking infront of patients in waiting room.

I have been registered at this practice since my birth a long time ago and have no desire to move, but that is changing. I think the practice is excellent in many ways and has been very helpful. I come to the practice because I want to see the doctor that I am registered with, this has proved absolutely impossible since September, true, I have been offered appointments with other doctors but I want to see the doctor that I feel happy with and the doctor that I trust - Dr Sefton. I resorted to registering online to see if that helped but so far I have never logged on to see even one appointment for him on the system. So I wait and keep trying online, the thought of that awful battle at 8 in the morning is so demoralizing and so depressing. You may say that if I haven't seen a doctor in all that time and am still able to type this, then it cannot be serious - maybe not, I just hope I am never told "You should have come sooner!". Apart from making appointments - which I literally dread - I am very happy with the practice and will continue to attend as long as Dr Sefton is still there, when he decides to go, I will consider moving surgery to one closer to my home. Rant over, thank you for what you do, just wish the appointment making was more pleasant.

- I take advice from doctor - he makes me better, I'm in his\her hands. Booking appointment! don't use doctors much - but when doing so difficult to make app. To suit around work commitments, work 12-13 hours a day (4 am start - 4 pm - 5 pm) be nice if there was a later shift - say til 7 pm - 8 pm maybe. Saturday good option.
