Dr Bundock - excellent all round. I wasn't here for first appointment of my son - made sure I was here for 2nd one. I have to say both were extremely good from my wife's OK and my own meeting him.

Friendly over the phone, however phone calls regarding emergency appointments are not made clear enough. Reception do not ask what the emergency is for new patients at desk, instead more concerned with registration. After which still no appointment is available for three days. Waste of time travelling on false information. Really upsetting experience problem not resolved. Now lost confidence to return.

I have no problem with the support that I get, people must be a little bit more proactive in how they use the system and do not expect instantaneous response from an overworked surgery.
