Kaorinn (nurse) always provides a professional friendly appointment.
She is a great credit to the surgery, Longhon Place Surgery.
I feel I am listened to. I feel for improvements you do need to allocate more admin/phone call contacts per day. So much of my treatment/prescription would be done via tele-medicine potentiality.
It isn't fair to ask the GPs/nurses to phone during the lunch and breaks.

Dr Sefton fitted me in as I found a small lung seen Dr could well always try to accommodate! Thanks to all for being so welcoming.

Seen Dr Caldwell quickly and was very pleased with the treatment received from her. She is such a good doctor. Hope she never leaves this surgery.
