I wish it were easier to get an appointment in advance and not have to ring on the day if it is not an emergency, as it is hard to plan appointments around work. I need to see a GP to review my treatment for an on-going condition. I would like to do this out of my working hours of 8 to 5.

I'm always treated with respect and kindness.
I'm always kept informed and given lots of friendly advice.
I've always been happy at this surgery for 58 years as with my parents and grandparents before me. I wouldn't change a thing.

Jo Whitney (reception) provided outstanding service always, above and beyond call of duty. She's an exceptional receptionist and shines above all the other members of reception. Their patient care is amazing!

I came to see on of the nurses.
She was very pleasant and polite. She made me feel comfortable.
Maybe the room to be a bit warmer.
